Apple is reportedly pushing ahead with the development of three AI-powered wearables to better compete with rivals like Meta and Snap. The lineup includes AI smart glasses with high-resolution cameras, with production planned for late 2026 and a market launch expected in 2027. In addition, Apple is working on an AirTag-like AI pendant that can be clipped onto clothing, as well as upgraded AirPods featuring integrated AI capabilities.
All devices are designed to connect closely with the iPhone and incorporate Siri voice assistance. The move signals a strategic expansion into AI-driven hardware beyond smartphones and traditional accessories.
