OpenAI has introduced new app integrations for ChatGPT, allowing users to connect their accounts from Spotify, Figma, Canva, Booking.com, Coursera, Expedia, and Zillow directly to the AI. This enables ChatGPT to create playlists, design visuals, find courses, book hotels and flights, visualize workflows, and search for real estate – all within the chat.
Users can set up integrations through the Settings menu, review permissions, and disconnect apps at any time. OpenAI emphasizes that privacy controls remain unchanged. Additional integrations with services like DoorDash, Uber, and PayPal are planned. The rollout is currently limited to the U.S. and Canada.
