Gemini Enterprise editions for Legal and Finance

Google Cloud has introduced two industry-specific versions of its Gemini Enterprise AI for the legal and financial sectors. Currently available in preview, the offerings are designed to meet the high demands of these industries for confidentiality, traceability, and regulatory compliance. The finance edition includes a Google-managed Financial Research Agent with more than 50 specialized capabilities and connections to 13 licensed data sources. It can support tasks such as Know Your Customer (KYC) research and portfolio risk analysis.

The legal edition helps with drafting legal briefs, checking citations, managing contracts, and much more. A revamped permissions system protects corporate data and ensures it is not used to train Google’s foundation models.
