STACKIT, the Schwarz Group’s cloud provider, and Cologne-based neuland.ai are building a German-operated AI architecture for companies with strict compliance requirements. The offering combines STACKIT’s cloud infrastructure with the neuland.ai HUB. Through one central interface, it gives access to models such as Llama, Mistral, Qwen and large open-source models.
Companies can run the systems on their own hardware, in German STACKIT data centers or with US hyperscalers. Customer data is encrypted, inaccessible to neuland.ai and not used for model training. The service targets companies looking for alternatives to OpenAI or Anthropic while meeting NIS2, DORA and EU AI Act requirements.
