Rome-based startup SylloTips has secured a €4.2 million seed round to scale its human-in-the-loop AI platform. Unlike chatbots, its agents know when to defer — they ask employees for guidance in moments of uncertainty, then integrate that feedback into a governed “memory.”
Already integrated with tools like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and SAP, the system is helping companies move pilot projects into full production. Clients such as EOLO and Leonardo Assicurazioni have seen improvements in efficiency, speed, and reliability across operations, sales, and customer service. Backed by investors including Azimut, Leo Capital, and Cloud Accelerator, SylloTips also plans to expand in telecom, banking, insurance and defense.
Its multi-agent solution and governance model make human expertise central — closing the gap between experimentation and measurable AI impact.
