Meta has expanded its Muse AI agent to help smaller businesses automate everyday tasks. The new version can connect to widely used business software such as Shopify, Canva, Slack, Dropbox, QuickBooks, Asana, and Zoom, as well as Facebook and Instagram business accounts. This allows Muse to access sales data, customer enquiries, advertising performance, accounting information, and brand content. It can also coordinate tasks and develop recommendations.
Muse can work in the background, identify unusual expenses, prioritise messages, and draft responses. Meta offers its core features for free, while businesses with higher usage requirements can subscribe to paid plans.
