Nvidia is trying to convince increasingly skeptical investors that artificial intelligence has moved beyond the hype phase and is entering both the consumer and business mainstream. The company said demand is expanding from major cloud providers to enterprises, government agencies, and industrial customers investing in AI infrastructure and automation.
CEO Jensen Huang sees major growth opportunities in robotics, autonomous systems, and so-called “physical AI.” Despite solid revenue forecasts and Nvidia’s continued leadership in AI chips, investors remain cautious due to rising competition and concerns about long-term profitability. Nvidia nevertheless believes the global expansion of AI infrastructure is accelerating rapidly and will continue driving demand for chips, software, networking solutions, and AI platforms.
