Oura has introduced its first proprietary AI model, specifically designed to provide personalized insights into women’s health through its integrated AI assistant, Oura Advisor. The new model can answer questions across the full spectrum of reproductive health, from menstrual cycles to menopause. It is combining clinician-reviewed research with users’ long-term biometric data such as sleep, activity, and cycle information.
The model is initially being tested within Oura Labs, an optional experimental feature of the Oura app. The company emphasizes that it is built on medical standards and privacy-focused infrastructure, providing guidance but not serving as a medical diagnostic tool.
