Apple seeks dismissal of Musk’s AI lawsuit
Apple has asked a judge to dismiss Elon Musk’s lawsuit, in which he demands that Apple partner with his AI company, xAI. Musk claims that Apple favors OpenAI’s ChatGPT in the App Store’s AI rankings and accuses Apple of antitrust violations.
