Munich company unveils its first humanoid robot
Munich-based company Agile Robots has introduced its first humanoid robot, the Agile One. Designed for safe collaboration with humans in industrial environments, the robot stands 174 cm tall, weighs 69 kg, and can carry up to 20 kg at a walking speed of 2 m/s.
Germany and Nvidia launch AI partnership
Germany aims to become a leader in artificial intelligence through a new partnership between Nvidia and Deutsche Telekom. During a meeting with Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang committed to investing in a sovereign AI infrastructure, including an AI gigafactory and Europe’s first industrial AI cloud by 2026.
