Cognition übernimmt Windsurf nach Googles CEO-Abwerbung
Das KI-Startup Cognition hat angekündigt, Windsurf zu übernehmen – nur wenige Tage, nachdem Google Windsurfs CEO Varun Mohan und mehrere Führungskräfte abgeworben hat. Google zahlt dafür rund 2,4 Milliarden US-Dollar in Form von Lizenzgebühren und Vergütungen.

AI startup Cognition has announced it’s acquiring Windsurf – just days after Google poached Windsurf’s CEO Varun Mohan and several top executives. Google is paying around $2.4 billion in licensing fees and compensation.
