Around 75 percent of generative AI’s potential value is expected to emerge in four main areas: customer interactions, marketing and sales, software development, and research and development.
The technology can fundamentally transform the way work is carried out and boost productivity, but it requires investments in workforce reskilling as tasks become automated and job profiles evolve.
