Berlin-based AI start-up Parloa has raised $350 million in a financing round, tripling its valuation to $3 billion in less than a year. The round was led by General Catalyst, with additional support from existing investors. This brings the total capital raised to over $560 million.
Parloa develops so-called agentic AI, which automates complex customer service processes for large companies. With the fresh capital, the company intends to drive forward its expansion in the US and Europe and further improve its platform in order to benefit from the rapidly growing demand for automated customer support solutions.
