Tech giants drive undersea cable boom
Undersea cables, which carry more than 95% of global internet and data traffic, are becoming increasingly important for expanding AI and cloud infrastructures. Several tech giants plan to invest nearly 13 billion U.S. dollars in new cable projects between 2025 and 2027.
