Google plans visual redesign for Gemini app
Google is reportedly working on a fresh new look for its Gemini AI app to make it more visually appealing. Instead of the current chatbot-style interface, the update could introduce a scrollable feed with creative prompt suggestions and eye-catching images.
German data protection official calls on Apple and Google
Berlin’s data protection commissioner, Meike Kamp, has called on Apple and Google to remove the Chinese AI app DeepSeek from their app stores in Germany. The reason: the app has failed to prove it complies with EU data protection regulations.
