The US cloud computing company Salesforce is expanding its Agentforce 360 platform. The aim is to close the context gap for AI agents in companies. New features include deeper integration with Informatica, Data 360 and MuleSoft. This is intended to provide a trustworthy, company-wide data context that agents can reliably interpret.
The use of hybrid reasoning and agent script aims to improve the predictability, compliance and process control of large language models. A redesigned Agent Builder and a delayed but integrated Agentforce Voice increase user-friendliness and enable multilingual workflows. For the first time, partners can develop and market products on the Agentforce architecture. This allows agent functions to be extended to the entire Salesforce ecosystem.
