Pilot projects include the municipal assistant Gem, a writing tool for clearer government letters, forensic data classification, and internal use at TNO, a Dutch research organization subject to strict data protection requirements. The biggest challenge is scalability. With limited funding and a small team, GPT-NL depends on sustained political and financial support.
